when you use an indy, you may depending on the lady get leniency if you are stuck in traffic or want a more relaxed companion

an indy keeps all her money so she doesn't feel like she has to be with many people per week to make ends meet and can show more genuine feelings instead of an assembly line

chance of getting an unrushed session and MSOG.  Agency girls sometimes have 8 or more sessions a day. Agency incall on the agency's premises can also be more risky. (Just look at all the agency busts in NYC recently).

An indy may be a sign that the lady does it by choice. She is not being pressured by her man, pimp, etc. The man/pimp would be the agency. In theory, it means that she is more likely to enjoy what she is doing, and not just going through the motions. Just my thoughts. Nothing I could hang my hat on.
