Forget about scheming of ways to foil the current U.S. prostitution laws.

Forget about acquiring a 6th sense in recognizing undercover cops and stings.

 Simply get the VIP membership and stick to the well reviewed providers.
If you follow these two practices your chances of ANY legal entanglements are about the same as the chance of getting into a serious automobile accident in your own driveway!

to be very aware of your surroundings when you show up to an incall and be ready to keep your mouth shut.  If you stick with well reviewed ladies, your chances of hitting a sting from an undercover female decoy are almost nil.

However, you always take the risk of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.  Sometimes, through no fault of the provider or the hobbyist, the police get a tip and begin surveillance on a provider.  If you are approached by the police on the way in or out, you are only required to give your name - nothing else.  After that, you should keep absolutely quiet because they need your words to make a case.  They will try to scare the shit out of you and then try to make a deal, but don't buy it.  Even if you are not prosecuted, you WILL be summons in as a witness if you cooperate.  The Summons will be delivered to you at your home by either a cop or wannabe cop.  Try to explain that one.

The chances of getting caught up in this kind of thing are small, but seem to be increasing.  Take a look at the Chicago Board, where LE flipped a reviewed agency provider and busted 8 guys.  She admits (if it is her posting) that they intimidated her into cooperating, and now realizes that she should have just STFU.  8 guys paid for her fear and lack of preparedness.  It goes both ways - don't make a provider pay for your fear and lack of preparedness.

The old saying of going with your gut is very applicable here.  If it feels wrong, turn around and walk away.  If you do get caught up in something, don't be your own worst enemy by giving them the verbal rope to hang you with.

This is a question I have been pondering in advance of my first attempt at this "sport".  I have found a well reviewed provider on this site and I plan on having her come to my hotel room, if she will agree.  What are the chances of being caught?

It would be very rare for LE to use outcall for a sting because they cannot control it.  The resources it would take to control an outcall are not worth the one hobbyist that would be busted.

Chances are, you are safe from stings at an outcall, so make sure you call a well reviewed provider to also be safe from bait and switch or ROB's.
