FKK clubs are a type of brothel in Germany. I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't taken 30 seconds to google it and read part of a Wikipedia article that turned up. Any time you can't easily find the meaning of a term or abbreviation here, google or urbandictionary.com are your friends.

FKK ("Frei Koerper Kultur") refers to Nudist Beaches or Clubs.  Its generally not understood to be a sex club
