Just wondering about this. I'm fairly new at this, just a few months. I've seen about 7 providers, mostly independents, but there are a number of asian ladies that I'd really like to meet and they are all at local (DC) agencies. I send in my name, TER ID, references including one agency and I have 2 TER referrals from providers. I email and or fill in the info form. I complete all required information. Not required is job information, so I leave that blank.

Except for one time I never get a response. The one time I did, I was sent a phone number and told to call when ready to schedule. I called, no answer. I emailed back, no response.  

Am I doing something wrong?

I just posted this same complaint on the Atlanta board.

The ones I have experience with are notoriously poor at responding to email and online communications, but they always answer the phone.

Thanks for your feedback. The problem is these same ones never seem to answer the phone either. I'm not even sure the phones are ever answered as I've tried several times. Yet the providers from these agencies are getting lots of reviews. So, someone is patronizing them. Oh, well. I was hoping there was a secret code word or something. I'm glad its not just me.
