I am having a problem with my favorites list.  Everytime i try to add a provider to my list nothing happens.  I have tried a few times, is there something special that needs to be done, or does my computer just suck?

is only available to VIPs.  When a none VIP tries to add a favorite, you receive this message in a new window - You only have a basic membership. This feature is available only to VIP members. For help, please email us at [email protected].

Any chance your security software might be blocking this message?

as you pointed out to me, there's another possibility, too. If you have Norton anti-virus or other similar applications, you might have to disable temporarily. That fixed it for me.
