I just saw a girl and she was not the girl from photo even though TER confirm the photo accurate.
According to TER she was 21-25 , and C cup but she was well over 25, and flat A.
She had only two reviews but they were both ten.
Does this thing happen a lot? or am I just unlucky?

If you went to a place where there are many girls working, such as a Korean agency in LA, then you are probably seeing a different girl than the one reviewed.

If a girl is an indie, chances are good that the review is of the actual girl, and not some other girl at the place sharing the same number.

Not many ladies get 10s  - unless the reviewers are guys you trust because you've read their past reviews and agreed with them, you are probably going to be disappointed.  one guy's ten is another guy's 5.

...was the "statement" of the first guy that reviewed her. The profiles are filled out by the first reviewer. Maybe he didn't see as well as he thought or maybe there was a switch. ( That does happen sometimes.) When something has changed a problem report needs to be filed to get it corrected.

With only two reviews I wouldn't see her unless her reviewers were guys I trusted and/or I could back channel with them to check things out.

Since I don't know who you are talking about and can't see her reviews I can't offer much more. Perhaps you could post a link to her reviews so we can see them and possibly comment further.
The advice of a previous poster about writing a review and doing a problem report is good.

It is not a matter of a girl having a private website or not.  Girls with private sites can be using bogus info, as well.  

And as far as Cityvibe ads, many have fake photos in them, as well.

As I said, what is more telling is WHO wrote the reviews.  You have to screen and perform due diligence on the reviewers themselves.  Not all reviewers are reliable.  Some are shills for the ladies, and in some cases may even be written by the ladies themselves.  If the reviewers only reviewed her, that's very suspect, in my opinion.

Without more info, I can't even begin to give you an answer that applies in this situation.

Can you trust the people who USE TER?. The Erotic Review is just a website. Every piece of information you read about a lady is posted by members of the site and 99 percent of it is not confirmed by TER in any way.

A woman with a CV or Eros ad and only one or two reviews is a red flag for me.  Check the review history of the reviewers.  The more reviews the better and an actual private web site is a good indicator as well.  

Understand also that lots of well reviewed ladies lie about their age and use old pictures.

First reviews are always suspect, because a pimp / bf / or the gal herself can post it...  It's hard to catch unless they screw up & use the same computer as the provider.  (The software will red flag the same ip address.)
I have found that many profiles say, for instance BBBJ which most guys want, but every other client gets a CBJ.   This is why you need to look for well reviewed providers.  Members have different definitions of WELL REVIEWED but it's more than 2.  6 - 10 more like and at least some by experienced reviewers with 6-10 or more reviews.   The mere existance of reviews is not enough.  I've seen ads with links to TER REVIEWS...  but if you read the reviews they are poor & stay to stay away.  I guess they count on your averge guy being to dumb or lazy to check.

Any ad venue can have fakes or scams.   One must do research which takes time.  You started to by looking at the TER profile.  Follow the links to her ads or web site.  Photos need not be explicit but taken in total should let you know what she looks like naked.  One or 2 photos are more likely to be old, out of date or stolen.  Read all her reviews.  PM the last few reviewers & just ask if she's legit.  To me the biggest question is "Would you see her again?"  

There are web sites to verify photos...  if they are stolen off the internet...  There was one young hottie I was looking at...  I put it off.  I loved her look.  The pictures were her, it turns out...  but several years prior & she didn't look the same.  

There's no perfect system but if you found her to be other than advertized you should write a review.  Try to be fair & objective...  but if she's notthe gal in the pictures, say so.  I must warn you that sme gals may try to get back at you for even a true review that portrays her in a bad light.  Write a draft somewhere secure & wait a few weeks to post it & omitt anything which might identify you.

TER has little control over the reviews that are posted by the members.  They have no way of knowing if the reviewer is legit, a shill or pimp, or even the girl herself, unless someone reports it as a problem.  The best advice for you has already been given, stick to well-reviewed providers with reviews by established reviewers.  If you are not thorough in your research, you may get stung like you did.  Yes, it sucks, but it happens, even to guys that have been around a while.  Think with the big head, not the little one.
