Extra Usual Tips from a provider

1.  Follow the link below to DC FAQ's.   I have been a member for quite a while, and got the lifetime membership.  As far as a random call to your work is concerned, the caller is not going to identify herself as a provider, obviously.  She will just make up some reason for calling so she can verify that you actually work there, nothing more.  I would not bring Facebook or Linkedin as reference information.  FB has too much info, not just yours, but connections to your friends as well.

2.  Don't try to get personal by asking prying questions.  If you want to tell her about yourself, feel free, just don't expect her to open up about her civvie life.

and talk about the first thing that pops up.

I'll now go and stand in the corner.

Hey everyone!
Needless to say, I'm making a post here coz I'm absolutely new at this and need a bit of advice to go on and be a regular :)
The information base here for the newbies was quite extensive - the self help, and the various threads, it needed quite a bit of reading!
I had a few questions regarding the basic stuff, I really hope you all could help me with.

1. Screening: Since I have never an appointment, I have no provider references. I've looked at DateCheck and, well, I see you have to provide a reference to join in  there as well is it? Does facebook or linkedin provie enough information for a bg check? Also, how safe is it giving my employment details? I mean, the wrong random call at the workplace would be, well, among other things, embarrassing right!
Does it help to attach my fotos?

2. During the Session: How would one strike up a rapport during a session? I mean, I get it from the other threads getting too personal isn't the best way to go. I'd appreciate other tips.

Thanks!

IMO, I would not mingle your linkedin, facebook, plaxo, twitter accounts with the hobby.  You need to build a wall around your own identity. Social media can break that wall, if you're not careful.

Just make sure the woman knows what date and time to call, give her a cover story if one is needed, and specify if she can leave a message or not.

I never call people at work unless they have told me specifically that it's okay to do so... when in doubt, I email.

If the provider is reputable, she'll err on the side of caution. :D

This is all about the benjamins, nothing to do with your looks. Be respectful, on time (not early or late) and be fresh (recently showered). If you're doing incall, and not fresh, ask to take a quick shower (it may count as time, so be quick) many escorts appreciate the request for a shower before the date starts.

Thank you all for the input :)

I can see why your social life and your hobby ought to be maintained separately. And I'll make sure I'l provide a backstory every time I give out my work number :D

I guess first time's the charm right.. Once I get that out of the way, maybe I can do without the cover stories...

Also, attaching pictures to email.. would that help?

Hey Hun :)
Get ready to have a new addiction... this hobby is Amazing.

Here our a couple EXTRA tips ...

When verifying your employment- I prefer my new friend to send me a blank email via his work email.
EX: [email protected] * NO Yahoo.com or google.com , ect...
An employer directory on your company's website works great as well.

Do your research and PLEASE READ READ READ entire website prior to contacting the provider.

Please be relaxed and comfortable....if you are acting nervous it will ruin your time.
*Simply my opinion

Great advice. I also wouldn't stress too much about getting a call. This is done for both of your safety.
