yes, they will tell you name of Hotel and location

You will probably need mapquest or GPS if you are not familiar with the location. Generally they don't give you step by step directions they may tell you a landmark. When you arrive at the hotel at booked time give them a call (2nd call) they will tell you room number. That's all there is too it from my experience with agencies. So enjoy and write us a review!

You are usually given the location the day of, and not the room number or exact address when you arrive. I just think they want you to confirm that night before, want to hear your voice, and the day of you will be given the exact details. That's how I run both my agency and my indy business. Too many things can happen overnight that might warrant a location change, so it's best to never disclose those details too far in advance.
