I recently submitted a review after convincing one of my favorite providers to allow me to review her policy on accepting reviews.  She finally agreed and I submitted one which was unapproved because the provider had delisted her account.  I asked her about it and she re-enlisted with TER.  She told me she was back on and so I resubmitted her review and now it is deferred.  Does anyone know why this happens or means?
