Newb12's advice is correct, with one addition. You have to have 3 reviews in order to gain access to the Provider's Only forum. Once you have them, PM admin and ask to be admitted to the board. Limited VIP membership, which you have to ask for, only lets you read all the details of your own reviews, not the reviews of other providers. You will have to pay for full VIP in order to do that.
As swimtrekr mentioned, others will write reviews of you and in doing so set up a your profile. The reviews are attached to your profile.
Also...
1. You can correct any errors in your profile (e.g. change in phone number) by bringing it up and submitting a problem report.
2. I'm pretty sure you can get a limited VIP membership if you're a provider by emailing the admin. The exact email address is somewhere on this page.
3. Also, you should have the same admin link your board posts with your reviews. If you click on other providers' posts, you will see that some have this link in their posts.
4. The same admin can give you access to the provider only board. This is useful since some information such as dangerous clients is only posted there.
