I tried to send an email on TER to a provider, but I got the wrong person. The two have the same names but live in different cities.

How do I send a TER email to the person I want to reach? Thanks.

actual E-mail on TER. User names on TER are unique.   No 2 providers can have the Exact same username. The username is who you send the PM to. Make sure you type the user name exactly as it is spelled on the board or in reviews.

1. Many do not have VIP membership which you need
to read TER mail.

2. You have no idea what a provider's TER email
address is from their reviews.  How did you
deduce the provider's TER email address from her
reviews?

Best to use the non TER email address on a
provider's reviews or use the non TER email
address from the provider's webpage.
