However I agree with impposter that having your old number up on your ad doesn't help. Even if you ask TER to change your number and they do, someone else can send in a problem report with a link to your ad, and have your old number reposted. You should have a more current ad up somewhere with the new number and have TER put up your new ad on your profile too.

A couple of suggestions. From your Profile, click on "Report a Problem". Say something like, "wrong phone number; new phone = ###-###-####." However, your ad still has the old or current phone number (as of Nov 20). TER might reject a simple problem report as not being valid. If I were to "Report a Problem" and give TER a new phone number for you without proof (a link to a recent ad), they would surely reject it. You and TER do not want a bunch of unsubstantiated Problem Reports messing around with your Profile info.

If you can prove to TER that you are you (using your private email address on file with TER), they might change it that way.

You can also use the "Contact Us" link on almost every page to report a problem. But that has the same problem as above.

AND YOU SHOULD UPDATE YOUR AD (or adS) with your new info, too!
