I started posting recently.  I notice that some providers' reviews are split up into several lists.  For example, if you search Veronica in Boston (bad websites INcluded), you get 13 hits:  and at least 4 of them are the same lady.  I tried to file a problem report through account manager on a similar problem with Amani in Boston, but it was not approved.  It seems that if a new review doesn't match name, phone number, and website, it starts a new thread.  Any ideas?

And w/o a pic that can be hard.  But, also, I
have submitted 100% verifiable duplicate profiles
and they have been rejected.  If you are really
sure, resubmit the problem report again.
