Can I cut and paste the "juicy details" into word and then search for the word "clit"  Or does anyone know how to do a word search for "clit" directly in the TER "juicy details" section without cutting and pasting?

When you  have the review open, up at the top under the address box you will see:

File   Edit   View   Favorites   Tools   Help

Click on Edit - Find on this page

A box will open where you can type in what you want to search for.

Other web browsers probably have similar features.

In firefox you press command - F to start a find.  A little Find box opens up in the bottom left corner.  I couldn't survive the internet without a search function.

I can't tell you how many times I've been reading a book where I wanted to press command - F.  I'm so used to doing it on a computer when reading.
