donation first or at the end? if someone asks for the tips first? is that a red flag?

In my experience, donation ALWAYS come at the beginning. The session doesn't start till that is done.  Tips are totally voluntary and I would not do that till the end, if I do it at all.

handled.  Virtually every lady says something like, "it is nice to get the business out of the way before we play". Translated: the envelope is done first.

My mode of operation is to put down the envelope and place my car keys and phone on top of the envelope; I then go and wash my hands in the restroom. She can count the envelope in private if she wishes. When I leave, I take the keys and phone and leave the envelope. Nothing is ever said about the envelope--PERIOD.

most providers want you to set it down somewhere obvious so they can see it.  Experienced providers will probably leave it alone as long as you are there.  Young gals may count it right on the spot, bad move on their part.  Some will say on their website to go to the bathroom and wash your hands and leave it in there.

Tipping is generally done after session is over.  I don't tip, I take gifts.  Never heard of a provider asking for a tip, but some will try to upsell you for certain services.

on first appointments, business first.  On repeat visits, I'll have the donation ready but just leave it on the dresser when I leave.  It's old school, but my gals seem ok with it.

then that is a sign of up-selling in most cases.  Not a good thing generally, but you might as well play their game and bargain for the various services you want.

Many years ago it was standard operating procedure.  Now the better gals have a one price policy except for certain things, notably greek and sometimes certain fetishes; but all that ought to be mentioned on the gals website, if she has one, and not a surprise.

it's upsell.  As said, unless a trip to the Greek Islands is planned or some other fetish (I can't think of one) I won't see any provider who upsells.

In the old days where the phone book was how escorts were booked, the person on the phone (agency owner) would NEVER quote the girl's fee. They would say, "Our referral fee is 70 dollars and the girls usually are tipped 100-200." You should not be asked, nor should you make her ask. Put it down when you arrive, and say nothing about it.
