I'm brand new to TER and I was wondering if I can post pics or create a profile here like other sites? Also, how do I go about getting my clients to post reviews of my service?? Someone give me a few pointers, please!

reading TER's instruction manual for Newbies - especially the stuff that pertains to you as a provider and posting ads.

This is getting way ahead of things, but it comes up a lot.  You will need to store your image files elsewhere.  Some use photobucket, imageshack or other free sites; others use their own websites.  When you post an ad to your Regional Ad Board, you provide the link in the box at the bottom of the posting form.  When someone opens that post, it automatically finds the file in the URL and embeds the image on the fly to display in their browser.

As someone else mentioned, your first reviewer will create your Profile in the Review Submission form, often from memory.  (Who takes notes?) If personal info is in your ad or website (height, measurements, etc.) that could make his job a little easier or at least more accurate by cross-checking.  And how many guys can accurately recall measurements 5 minutes after a meeting let alone a week or more after a meeting while writing the review?  Do us guys really know the diff between 34B and 34C???

A lot of guys fill in a Profile with either "No" or "Don't Know" if the session didn't include it.  It may take a while for an accurate Profile to develop thru Problem Reports, so don't worry about it too much.

You load your pics there, and just add the link to a pic in your post.  Also, poster above is right about your profile, you don't create it, your first reviewer does.  If you want to change anything on it after it's created, you have to submit a problem report.

To get reviews, ask clients if they are members here and if they say yes, ask if they would mind doing a review of you.  You can reward them then by giving a whitelist reference to them.

The suggestion to read the self help center is a very good one, I agree on that.  There is a wealth of information in there for providers and hobbyists alike.  Click the link under the life preserver at the top of this page.
