if an escort advertises herself as being erotic, is that the same as her saying she'll have sex with you?

If a site is named with the word 'erotic' like this one 'the erotic review' is that the same as saying
'reviews of sex'?

in other words can the word erotic be interpreted as meaning sex.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I were an escort advertising on a site with the word 'erotic' all over it can that be used against me in a court of law to prove that I offer sexual services?

there are so many different meanings for words that honestly I get confused sometimes trying to place a definitive meaning to them. for example, according to one dictionary the word erotic means:

* an erotic person
* giving sexual pleasure; sexually arousing

If erotic means "giving sexual pleasure", then wouldn't using it to advertise your services be a bad idea since it'll mean that you sell sexual pleasures since you are afterall selling your services for a price?

there is no agency out there to enforce such things.

Unless a gal has reviews, it is always a crap shoot.

Erotic in my words means "sexually stimulating".  It's vague enough to leave an out if used in an ad & she chooses to upsell or rip you off.  For instance, "Erotic dancing" could mean just a sexy dance, a dance with stripping but no contact, or dance with stripping leading to actual sexual activity with contact.  How far a particular lady is willing to go is another matter.

I'm going to go afield & assume that you're shopping & have seen this somewhere in an ad.
Some might use such terminology in advertizing in an attempt to be discreet.  Frankly, if you are shopping, it takes a huge amount of time & energy to shop elsewhere & then search for reviews after.  All reviews are not created equal.  TER is client driven...  we pay...  so reviews tend to be more reliable in my opinion.  Other sites I am familiar with are "ad sites" and are provider driven (providers pay for the site).  I did invest the time & have found a large difference in reviews between the 2 in my area.

Yes, it means if you want to use TER reviews you must pay for VIP (at least some).  VIP is far less costly than even one spoiled date.

I view eroticism as more of a state of mind than a sex act or series of sex acts.  Sex can be erotic but so can sitting in front of a fire watching a movie and snuggling with the right woman.

As far as advertising goes that's another story. I don't think the courts can prove any sort of illegal behavior simply by the way an advertisement is worded.  It's what you get caught doing that matters.

Erotic playmate could mean different things to different folks; kind of like GFE.  In almost all cases, YMMV.

We would hope providers always bring their "A" game but sometimes it just doesn't happen; and sometimes it is the fault of the hobbyist because either he has poor hygeine or doesn't treat the lady like a lady.

Erotic is a feeling, a flavor, a mood... not an activity.
