Do you get discounts for frequent visits to the doctor, dentist, or lawyer?

Would you feel comfortable asking those professionals if they would allow you a 30% discount for 'frequent' visits, as you get to define the parameter?

If you can't afford to play, don't play - that or play less frequently, or find a provider that fits your budget.

And btw, once or twice per month isn't all that frequent...

I am a frequent user of an escort service... Their outcall rate is about $270.. If I use them lets say once or twice every month, would it be ok to ask for a discount? Maybe knock down the price to $200..

Well most places will give discounts to loyal customers. Discounts actually bring in more money for business. Lets say I use the agency twice in the month. With a discount I might use them 4 times in the month.. Think of it as frequent flyer miles.. Oh and I can afford to play all I want ;) But I was just looking at it from a business perspective.

Most 'places' may give discounts to loyal customers, but most professionals do not give volume discounts - because time is money.  This isn't necessarily a volume business... it's usually about receiving value for time/money spent.

If an independent provider only planned to work a set number of hours per month with the intention of generating a set amount of income, then your reasoning makes no sense - because those two hourly visits at 270/hour (540 monthly) just became four hours of work generating only 800, instead of the projected 1080.  She probably has no problem filling her time quotas, and may have to actually turn down appointments that otherwise would have paid her going rate without question.

Another way to view an agency's business perspective is to determine exactly 'who' is going to get shorted on the reduced donation.  In most cases, the agency's fee or cut is about 30%, sometimes more.  Do you suggest that the agency forgo ALL profits from your 'frequent' visits to accomodate your request?  Or do you propose that the provider take a pay cut for her efforts - one that would result in her receiving only 130 rather than the normal 200 for her time?

As you should be able to see by now, the size of discount you are seeking is not really reasonable for most professionals.

That said, it is entirely possible that an agency or independent may choose to ~offer~ you a discount for what ~they~ consider frequent patronage -- but it is in entirely bad taste for you to ask for one.  It only makes you look cheap, and in many cases, will only serve to have a negative impact on the business relationship.

That is chump change. Consider yourself fortunate to meet quality ladies that charge $270, the going hourly fee for high quality providers in large cities is in the $350-$500 range.
I don't sweat the price as long as the quality of the providers that I meet is consistently exceptional. If you really do have money to play, you should feel the same way. Why short a good provider when there is nothing that you can materially gain from your effort?

I am not aware of what an agency might do….... But, I have “discounts” listed on my site for gentlemen who book multiple hours.

If you consider most of the establish providers suggested gift donation per hour and compare it to their extended hour suggestion, you will surely notice it is a discounted hourly rate when you book extended time.

I feel this is an extended benefit to established clients as I only travel and book dinner appointments and Over night dates with established clients. (* a simple mathematic calculation can easily see that my suggested rate for the first hour is $300 in my home state, two hours are suggested at $500 which brings it to $250 and hour. If I plan an overnight date with a gentleman, the suggested gift donation is $2300, when you divide that out by 12 hours you are only being suggested $191.67 per hour….. that is a discount*)

To suggest that a provider reduce her rate for services that have obviously pleased you enough to repeatedly visit her doesn’t sound like much of an incentive to satisfy the client. Quit the opposite to me...… You seem to be suggesting that if she provides you with a service that is delightful, (*so much that you wish to return*) then you wish to reward her efforts by giving her less money????

I don’t follow your line of thinking.

Additionally, if a gentleman repeats his visits to me with an regularity, I will arrange my travel schedule as well as my availability to match his desired time for an opportunity to meet with me...…  hobbyists usually make it a habit to reward this type of added attention with a special gift or additional donation for catering my schedule to match his.

I will only guess that you were not specifically directing this to an independent provider but more towards am agency correct?... … I can’t speak for their practices as I am unaware of their specific “rewards” for regular patronage.

Enjoy the hobby and please try to bear in mind that most established providers are small business owners. I appreciate you posing your question in a public forum where thoughts can be exchanged…. Kisses ~Tori

....doctors take volume discounts big time. That is what insurance contracts are about.  Doctors are also called of all things...."Providers" now and doctors that agree to take marked reductions in reimbursment in return for access to patients in an insurance plan are called "Preferred Providers"!  With that said, I would not ask for a discount and agree with Tori and Alt_Mgr

I'm an electrician, we're pretty notorious for screwing people, so I guess we're in the same boat.  lol.    The company I work for, one of the largest in Reno, usually does knock a couple bucks off the hourly rate for regular customers.   Our suppliers also give us discounts, usually 20-30% less than someone they don't know. No one asks for any discount, it's always given by the payee.     It goes along with treatment though, we only give discounts to customers that treat us well, and we treat our suppliers well. I guess it really is a two way street.

T--GREAT point:  "like enuff to return, so pay less??"  at the same time, mr. electric, my thinking goes like this too.  maybe i'm weird, but i give my regulars a special and they reward me w/ a tip--it all comes out even in the long run.  but receiving special like on a b'day or a holiday, then i'm rewarded on MY b'day or xmas.  agencies?  honey, find yourself an indy b/c over time, like wine, it IMPROVES ... ;)   IMHO

I don't think donating less is practical.  But maybe she'll give you more time, maybe an extra 15 mins.  As a regular you'll definately get more perks.
