A provider can be a VIP member, but only if they pay for the membership....

or write reviews.  (It's happened.)

In any case, if you have a profile, then you get a limited VIP.  Do you have one?

Don't complain if you do, it allows you to PM people and read reviews.

When I am log in its say VIP member I Iam a provider), I am not sure how  this site work,. and I'ts very difficult to understand, How can I change it?? How can I advertise on it??

For contact info, you should submit a "problem report" for your profile.

To link a profile to your user name, see this ink. It's in the newbie guides. The section is "how to request to be upgraded to provider VIP"
