Is it more risky to meet a provider at her incall location that is an apartment specifically for  the hobby? I'm still new and just trying not to do anything stupid. Provider has over 100 reviews but i still want some input if possible. Thanks for your help!

But in general, you are right that an incall has more potential to be a LE trap than an outcall; but of course from the provider's point of view the opposite is true.

The fact is that LE sets up busts on their own turf rather than risk going onto someone else's turf; though that has been known to happen also.

Avoid going to motels where the door opens up to the parking lot.  Those are the most vulnerable as LE can see you coming.

And, of course, always stick to well reviewed providers.

If she has over 100 reviews and most of them are good she probably knows what she is doing. Did she ask you for any screening info?

There is always risk no matter where you meet but she sounds like someone who has been around awhile, screens, and is careful, a good choice for someone just starting out. Being careful is a very good thing but try not to over think things it's very rare for a provider to flip. Your saftey and her safety is what puts food on her table, she wouldn't want to put that at risk.

If she has over 100 reviews, I would say her incall is pretty safe.  Don't blame you for being cautious, but I think you would be ok in this instance.

Seriously dude if you are worried about seeing a provider with that many reviews, maybe you should not be doing this in the first place.
