Those should explain why your friend's ad was removed.
It's ok to post an ad before you have reviews linked to your handle. But every ad post must include a link to your TER profile or some other web site as per the ad guidelines. I've seen some ads that didn't have such a link that got taken down. Something you said confuses me, though. You said your friend's profile is approved, but she has no reviews. That's very unusual, unless she used to have one or more reviews and they were later removed. A provider's profile is established via the first review.
Hello everyone! I've scoured the newbie thread and Self-Help center looking for an answer to this, but I might as well ask.
My friend and I recent joined TER, and she posted an AD on the "Ad Boards" in our hometown but it was removed. May I ask if it was because she does not have reviews yet that could linked to her profile, or did she somehow violate the posting rules? It was her first posting, so she did not post twice or on 2 boards. Her profile is approved and TER is linked on her 1st page. So any suggestions you guys have I will appreciate. I have not posted an ad yet...so I am hoping to avoid this.

Must be violated in ad for Admin to remove ad.Admin control whole boards.Contact admin ask why ad was removed.
As I didn't see the ad I don't know why it was pulled. Best advice is ask the powers that be at TER. The best way to do that is for her to go to "My Message Boards". It is found on the "My TER" page which the tab for is at the top of every page when she is logged on. Once your in "My Message Boards" she will see her a list of all her posts including the pulled ad. There will be a reason listed. If you need more information as I likely would click on the ad and use the report button. It will bring up a box and just ask. The mods will let you know exactly why it was pulled and how you can prevent it in the future. They generally are nice.
Attached a link to your site and your site doesn't have the Ter logo. Ter will remove it. That's a reason why mine keeps getting pulled so I just put the link to my reviews and from there people can find the link to my site. Just one more step and I don't think I lose any business due to it.
U could also choose to put the logo on the home page of ur site.
