she asked for it to be taken off, or TER admin removed her as a active provider for whatever reason.

You got it right.

Retired or possibly busted and removing anything that can be used against her in court are both strong possibilites.  I would imagine it could also simply mean she violated TERs use terms and got booted.

Every time I see one of these threads I think of my girl Sexy MJ.....have never, ever been kissed by a women like that before or after my friend.  First to retire who gave me a true sad.

As others have said (and hh posted the link), a provider can be delisted for breaking TER rules, or she can ask to be voluntarily delisted for various reasons (retirement, going UTR, protection from a stalker, pimp, ex SO, child custody, court case etc.)

However there is also another scenario that happens quite often. Many providers have multiple profiles on TER. When TER finds out (usually through a problem report) they will combine the profiles. All the reviews, names, contact info, etc. will go to one of the profiles, and the other one will be delisted. A message will say "provider information is no longer available."
In this case it does not mean the lady was delisted, as she will still have an active profile. It's just the duplicate profile that got delisted.
