I am trying to figure out how to have VIP membership but no luck.

I was told because I have reviews here I should get it outomaticaly but when I got in touch with TER people never got reply and so now I am left to feel a little disappointed and some what rejected

ask to have your reviews linked to your handle.  The reason you can't find them is probably because they are under 'Serena Vincente', not 'SerenaVincente'.  You have 4 at the current time.

your yahoo email does not exist.  They say you do not have a yahoo.com account.  I found out because I emailed you when you said you could not even read replies to the thread.  For starters, there weren't any until I replied, just so you know.  Looks like you got some fixing to do.  Let me know if I can help.

You have to have 2 reviews. At the top of your reviews you will see an ID number. Send the id number to admin and ask them to link it to your user name. Once they link you, you will have limited VIP.
