If you are just trying to experience it in, say, a one hour time frame, it is hard to really appreciate where it can take you. There are many different aspects to it.

For myself, the part I thought would be boring initially, actually became an area where I found myself really advancing in my expereince of sexuality. That is the breathing. Not only controled breathing (which, among other things, can help you better control when you go 'over the top') but also shared breathing with a lady. It's hard to explain, but it is very intimate and erotic to have shared breathing while doing the bedroom dance.

I think from a hobby perspective, one lady's sharing of that experience with you will differ from anothers. So if you venture out into this realm, I recommended giving yourself at least a few dates with one lady, after you establish a good rapport on the first date. For some things, the journey, and not the end, are what bring the most delight. I think Tantra is one of them.

The words Tantra, and Tantric get thrown around alot, but aren't always well defined, here are some tips:

1) As the links posted above suggest, the origin of the terms come from Asian religion rituals and practices.

2)  Yes there are some true-believers in this, and their trade is to guide couples to better sex with each-other.

3) Some tantric "goddesses" advertise as providers, but from what I have seen, FS is not available, they are providing an opportunity to better understand your own sexuality.

4) Some fantastic FS gals provide have borrowed many of the techniques.  They can give , but don't necessarily advertise a tantric blowjob.  What's that?!?  The first time I met my Phoenix ATF, she brought me to a full body quiver after 2 rounds, and we both knew I was spent.  Even though there was no chance of a squirt, the orgasm was REAL!!!

Learning of tantra can be done in part by reading, exploring websites, etc.  However, the best learning comes from doing. Tha's a lady who does tantra being your partner.
