I have a p411 account but wanted also to get a date-check account however i did a google search and found a few hits stating that date-check is a scam or rip off. P411 seems pretty legit so far but the date-check site looks less professional and i am on the payment page about to join but wanted some quick answers about it. Thanks
Though I am completely new to this, in fact, so new I have not even used the services of anyone yet, my experience with date-check or sites similar have all been negative. I've found that the woman requiring you use it end of getting a small sum of cash, (i.e. $10-$20) for every person they get to sign up. That's their motivation in having you use the site.
Again, I'm completely new so if anyone else out there has any positive experience with date-check, sites like it, or service providers that have requested you use them, please pipe in.
For me, unless sold otherwise, I'd avoid it.

Where did you get that information? You do get a higher visibility on your ad for signing up friends, there is no cash incentive that I've ever heard of. Our incentive for people to use the site is simply for ease of verifications... which is a bonus to the gents who actually use it.
Yes it is legit, I have been using it and am a member since Feb., 2010. You can receive a free 3 month trial membership if you have visited an entertainer who is a member. Just ask her to send you the invitation.

in scope, have many advanced options for both hobbyists and providers and are very well-regarded. I have been a member for 5 years, have met many fine gentlemen from there and have always been impressed by how professionally they run their site.
I use it and have some approvals. It has made some meetings easier but members are not obligated to accept DC as their sole means of verification. Some members might still require other referrals, current employment or other info depending on their personal practices.
I think that some listings are outdated but a cross check with TER helps with that. (Always check with TER anyway, even if the ad or website is current!)
