Since boards have now been created for Alabama, I have been trying to encourage ladies to participate in the photo thread theme days and post ads on the AL boards.  In doing this, I found that a lot of the AL ladies did not know how to post ads or post photos on TER.  Instead of bouncing a million questions back and forth each time we try to do a photo thread, I sat down and wrote a set of instructions that are helpful to any new provider just beginning to use TER on how to place ads and post photos.  It's all in one place including all the necessary links back to TER to confirm that my info is accurate.  

I know that the info is rather spread out on TER, and a new lady can be overwhelmed trying to find it all in the beginning.

I'm just including the link because I didn't put absolutely everything in my posting.  For example I didn't include agency info.  They can go there themself.  There is nothing in the self help center about posting ads and photos without digging through the menu.

I am specifically trying to address how to post ads and photos.  
If you think it's reinventing the wheel then you didn't read it.

Thank you London I did a lot of recruiting last night.  Hopefully in time the AL people will come over to TER and quit being iccky.

LOL that's an interesting article.  Its a good thing that all the manufacturing companies who keep building huge manufacturing plants in my area don't know about this yet!  LOL  The local broke iccky boys try to say times are bad, but the economy is really booming in Bama!

Thank you I know I got some replies last night that they were glad I wrote it because they have never been able to figure out how to post a pic to their ad.
