I'm trying to post a review, but it keeps saying
" The form is incomplete! Please fill out all required fields!"

It highlights "available nighttime" but I filled out that correctly. I also tried both Yes and NO, but it still wont submit the review..

What can I do ?

Had the same problem on the new website. Use the old instead.

I'm always missing a field or two in these on line forms.

If all else fails, start over again.
