I just recently got enough reviews to be let into the providers only board. It was frustrating and took four months. Ladies, here's what I did in the meantime.
A good bet would be to find an established lady (or several), email her POLITELY, tell her you're new, ask your questions. Ladies get a lot of email, so be patient. Also, don't be rude, pushy, presumptive, or nasty. If a lady doesn't respond, don't take it personally. She just might not be able to give advice or really busy. Who knows why?
The important thing to remember is that you are new and the provider community requires a build up of trust. There are some questions that may not be answered. Some questions will not have one right answer and you will have to decide for yourself.
Also, read everything! The internet is an awesome tool so take time to figure out which sites are helpful. Search the FAQs for Newbies. Find local ad sites. Read and inform yourself of the laws in your area.
Good luck and we'll see you on the provider boards soon enough.
