If you go to the self help center, look for the heading involving ad posting guidelines.  Open the link, scroll down till you get to the heading titled personal site requirements for ad posting.  Scroll down until you see the sentence 'TER banners can be found here.'  The word 'here' is highlighted, it's a link, click on it and you will be taken to a page with the banners and the codes underneath each one.  Copy and paste the code on your site.  

If this is what you have already tried and it doesn't work, you need to contact admin using the 'contact us' button and ask them for help.  If you have an outside party doing your website, talk to them about the problem.

I think some Providers have mentioned problems and fixes when the provided code doesn't work. Something like: they copy the TER Logo as an image file and paste it into their webpage as an image. Then they hot link it to their TER profile or TER home page.  The net effect is the same as embedding TER's code.
