I know that I can't get "private messages" as a basic member but was wondering about the "email message me on response" option?

If you are reviewed here on TER you are entitled to partial VIP membership as a reviewed provider.

Search on this board for links on how to contact TER Admin on how to get your partial VIP membership.

I just started advertising here and I already added the TER icon to my site a while back.  I don't think I have a TER ID yet though.
