The MS TER contest is all but DEAD.

The "contest" was all but dead before the changes, but no disrespect to Drea, our last winner, you could count all of the eligible women for the award on one hand, and as this quarter is nearing it's end, any woman who want's to "declare eligibility" by submitting a video could most likely win the award by default as the only woman eligible.

Didn't TER change the rules for MS TER and now you got to make a video? Where is the rules/policy on the contest located at?
