I'm coming across a number of road blocks and frustrations. I get the message that patience and discression are key here. Sometimes I call a provider with an ad up that day and don't get an answer on the other end. She could be in a session, getting ready for a session or doing any other perfectly logical activities. I leave a voice message and sometimes a text also. I never get a call back. This has been part of nights where I don't score at all. Disappointing. Anyone else experience this?  Anything I can do beside have patience and persistence?

many guys here have had this problem and then some do not have this issue.
In your voicemails do you specify that it is okay to call you back?The reason why I ask is because if you do not specify some ladies might not get the message until later and not call you back because she is not sure if it is cool to do so.Also,if the lady has an email listed you might want to try that as a point of contact as well.There could be many reasons why you are not getting a call back but as long as you are not being explicit or inappropriate you should get some kind of response.I would suggest letting them know they can call you back at anytime.Are you trying to set up same day appointments?If so I would suggest searching for the lady you are interested in and sending any required info she needs and a date/time you are looking for.
While,it may be frustrating to not get a call back perhaps trying the email option or the specific voicemail as I stated above will help you out.

Dude, bro . . . I had a terrible time contacting providers by phone, in the beginning, I had a pristine new hobby phone, and the first 4 providers I called, it went nowhere, at first no return calls, then my location was too far, yadda yadda yadda.  I found that I had better luck when I contacted providers by email and tried to set up appts about one week in advance.  Also, signing up for P411 was a big help as well.  I hope that helps.    

checking for reviews. (OK, I snuck a look at your reviews, too, which seem to confirm it.) Nothing wrong with a provider being on Backpage, but if she isn't well reviewed, and you're asking for same day evening appointments, that's a different kettle of fish from the type being talked about here. They often don't take appointments--that is, they take them, they just don't KEEP them. It's first come first serve, while anybody else is kept waiting. Your patience and discretion are wasted on them.

If so, try contacting some providers from your area who have at least a page of good reviews on TER. Follow Jaydalee's advice, give them a little more lead time, and you should see results. If I'm all wrong about you, sorry for jumping to conclusions.

I tend to agree, from looking at and reading his reviews it appears that the OP is impulse contacting ladies from ads only. This kind of shotgun tactic is guaranteed to provide the kind of results he is describing more times then not.
He needs to plan a little further ahead. Do some research and read the ladies reviews. Stick with some well reviewed ladies for a bit and try to make appointments at least a day in advance. Even reviewed ladies who can see you the same day will be a 50/50 chance of getting a hold of by phone. They tend to be very busy and will not call back to a phone message several hours old usually. Yes sometimes I get an unexpected opportunity to hobby, but even then I know getting an appointment even with ladies I have seen before can be pure luck. If your going to do last minute appointments you have to be prepared for a lot of disappointment as well. With preplanned appointments your success rate will increase dramatically and you can even use email which tends to get better results then phone calls.

Many times Someone will call me and leave their name and number, but nothing else. I do not know when I should call back. I don't lmpw if they are looking for same day or for the future.

Always leave a message stating when is a good time to call back and when you would like me to be available.

I tried something one night out of desperation and it worked again tonight. There was one girl who's pics I really liked. She didn't answer my call. I sent her a picture message of the bills I had to pay for the session and a written note saying, "Hi [provider's name][date][time]" (So she knew the picture wasn't from the net) Like a magic trick, it worked. I hate to be a pessimist but some girls just sitting on the bed painting their toes wondering if they feel like doing a session. You have to speak their language. It doesn't work to be nice and subtle.
