if you have done your research properly, the risk of LE is small either way.  Check her reviews and reviewers.

From a risk perspective of LE, is the risk less if I have the provider come to my hotel for our meeting?

Therefore outcall to your place is usually safer. However, swim is correct.

True, incall is slightly higher risk, but if it DOES go wrong outcall can be more of a pain.

Do your HW and don't be foolosh and you should be good.  Meeting her for a cup of coffee/lunch (paying for her time of course) also decreases the odds of LE.  Most the time on a sting they want to turn as many as they can as quickly as they can.  Investing extra time at a restaurant isn't what they want (unless there's some reason they're specifically after YOU individually, and in that case you're hosed anyway).

Its easiest for cops to set up in a couple hotel rooms and let girls on outcalls and guys on incalls come to them, most efficient use of manpower and safest for them- no surprises in the room when its their room, also esiest to record etc.  But, have talked to one girl who got busted by cops doing incall to her, and read a google searched story of a sting of cops doing incalls /aka going to the girls -suppose they know that most girls do incall and so they can't reach that group without it.

All that to say, Outcall is safest for you, but, not perfect.  If they're willing to go to the girl for a bust, they hypothetically might be willing to go to the guy.
