I wonder if anyone could tell what one has to do to contest a review? One of my regulars was recently given a scathing review by a man she suspects is a person she has refused to see. Of course she can't prove this. Never the less whoever is responsible obviously has not seen her. After I read it I couldn't believe it my self. Thanks

I have had that done to me and it stinks. I contacted the site the review was written and disputed it....It was removed shortly after...hope this helps

...she said" or the review will stand.  If he describes her place, she should say if it does not match and specifically point out how her place differs.  If it was outcall, she should see if she has ever been in that type of hotel room.

If he described her outfit and she does not have such an outfit, she should say so.  If her hairstyle is different than described or if she has changed color since her profile was created, she should point that out.

If he said she offered him a drink and that's not what is part of her routine, she should say so.  The same with services - if he says she performed services that no other reviewer received, she should include that in her complaint.

Details, details, details.

apparently, the details are not important and there's not much a provider can do to remedy the situation. the rules are the rules and they only apply as management sees fit to apply them. i've been politely battling to remedy a recent review that is a fake (there's not one detail in it that is true and is utterly uncharacteristic of me)
it really is a dirty shame that we providers get taken advantage on so many levels...
