I feel like this has been asked 1200 times on the forum, and yet I'm not finding anything that solves the problem.

I've seen various threads here on paying for VIP as anonymously as possible, many are older and many make statements about successful payments forms that I've found not viable, possibly due to changes in overseas transacitons from US, etc.

I started with visa prepaid gift card (you know what I'm about to say...) only to find they don't work for International transactions.

I went to two local banks, both wanted an account in order to issue a Money Order.

I went to the post office, they have International MO but they do not list Germany as a country where the MO will be honored.

What am I missing?  

I've looked at green dot, that requires id validation and social and what not.

Any help is appreciated.

Put in a few thousand bucks, get email statements, and use your debit card wherever you wish.  This also solves the problem, "How do I withdraw cash for providers?"  

Edit:  if that's too much trouble, you can walk into a grocery store or gas station and buy a money order.

I have paid using prepaid visa. You have to go to the Visa or MasterCard site and register. The information you provide can completely fiction and it will work. The payment for TER is not processed overseas, CC Bill is a US company so there are no issues. As far as the money order is concerned, get a western union or other money orders from a gas/convenience store.

I pay using my debit card since no one else see my account

...because one of my credit cards will decline the transaction everytime. When I call they say it's because it's an overseas transaction. After this happening a few times I use another card. They don't decline it but they always send me an allert to verify it.

I do use a credit card as I'm single and no one else is involved.

You can walk into any supermarket, liquor store or check cashing place to buy either Moneygram or Western Union or Continental money order. Those should be honored in pretty much every country or for that matter oversea's banks.

Only thing is they're limited to $1000 each so you'd need multiple m.o. if you want more than $1K.

Or go to banks and buy some traveller's checks

You can send money directly to anyone anywhere in the world through Moneygram or Western Union. You can use fake name up to $900. At $900 and above you have to show ID.

OTH, you can get around that by going to different stores sending money in increments of less than $900 using different fake names, addresses and phone numbers each time

The last time I tried to buy some a few years ago, my Chase branch hardly had any to sell me.

There are sites that list people who will meet you in person and sell you bitcoins for cash.  Then go to a coffee shop and bring a laptop and use the wifi to make your VIP payment using the bitcoins.

You will need to do some research to understand and learn how bitcoins work but its a great option.

If TER didn't accept bitcoins, I wouldn't have VIP as its impossible to make any other kind of payment anonymously.

I used bitcoin this time -- transaction was slick and instant with TER.  
Previous advice is spot-on
