What does the term "Non-VIP" mean when a guy is reviewing a provider?

Guys will often say at the end of the General details section of the review, 'Non VIP's, I recommend her' or something like that.  They do it because they know that without VIP membership, the general details is all the guy can read.

with all of these questions. Let's state some facts, the Newbie board does not necessarily mean that it is for Newbies only. Seasoned hobbyist can also use this board and post questions. Man, the boards are starting to get flooded with questions that don't belong in their rightful boards.

Like I said in a previous thread, since there is no mod for the forum like before, I guess they are letting posts stay where it's posted.  I don't know why these people are asking these questions here and not on the newbie board either.  As I'm hosting the newbie board rather than moderating it, I still read most every post over there,  I have noticed less traffic on that board, why I have no idea.

Being newbies they don't know about the newbie board and they are the type to go ahead and ask things before checking everything out. There are many that don't read it all, they just speak up. Then there are those that lurk for months, read everything they can and then read it again. Pretty much the way they are advised to do when asking on the newbie board. Thing is, the people that will do that don't have to be told. It's the way they do things. ...and I believe your correct swim. The change in moderators has things getting through and no one is explaining what should be done.

This has become the newbie board along with other unrelated topics that spur no interesting discussions.  And those that are interesting are "pruned" or completely obliterated!

So why not simply answer the OP and continue this nonsense?

They moved it here to the newbie board, where, you're right, it does belong.
