You know how some websites have certain words randomly highlited in a paragraph and they're links to other pages? If your mouse hovers over one a pop-up appears? For instance, as I type this the word "annoying" in my earlier message and the "email message" me on response are highlited. Both give a pop up ad for AOL Career Builder.
Could be malware on my pc so I was wondering it anyone else is seeing it. It's an advertising tactic that's been around forever but I'd never seen it on TER before today. And I don't see it on some other sites I visit.
Try logging out of everything you are logged into. I once had something that didn't seem quite right, shut every thing down, rebooted and all was normal again.
