Very new to the hobby, and want to be safe as possible.  I dont mind being asked for infomration up front to ensure a safe and reliable experience.  However, since im limited in the hobby, I have no references to speak of.  I would take any suggestions as to how to provide and ensure a good experince as a newbie, and whats is the best way to ensure validity.

I remember asking the same questions and feeling very reluctant to give personal information for screening purposes. The reassurance i received on TER helped me past that first obstacle.  So in addition to the sound advice already offered, find someone well reviewed and newbie friendly. Once you have decided on whom you would like to call, either be prepared to share information about yourself ( it's for both yours and the lady's protection) or join a site like perf411 or date check.

They are screening services that give you more credibility than TER VIP and you can use their search functions to find newbie friendly gals.

Having VIP here ensures you can actually research prospective ladies you might want to see, and joining a screening site is a acceptable to many women. Some want references and your full name and employment, but some don't. Just see ladies who fit your comfort level and are willing to accept the info. you're willing to provide.

Do you have the link to any of these sites like date-check and p411? Also how do you check people out to make sure they are not black listed anywhere?

We could provide you with links but they are super easy to find. Just google "p411" and/or "date-check" and they will pop right up at the top of the search results. Blacklist sites can also be found by googling. Be aware some blacklist sites have a lot of BS and are not trustworthy.

Even newbie providers should get VIP here on TER. It will allow you to read reviews and see how other providers conduct their sessions, and help you research clients, but more importantly it allows you to use the PM system. A lot of screening information is best left off the public boards, and you may be able to get help by PMing more established providers.  

Read the self help manual (top of the page by the life preserver) and read back a few pages on this board. Good Luck

The BL sites are useful but as swim said, a lot of it is total bs. Women who post legit alerts usually have the PROOF to back them up. www.verifyhim.com is my fave.
