Avoiding using the telephone for providers

I'm a healthy young-ish man who lost his hearing from a surfing accident in college. I'm able-bodied and the picture of perfect health, but I can't use a telephone. Almost all the lovely escorts I'd like to spend some time with seem to want to use the telephone at some point.

Is there a good way to phrase that I'd like to avoid using the phone? Would using exclusively text messages/e-mail work, or are there legal reasons to use the phone, etc?

Might just be a basic question of convenience, would like to hear thoughts about this.

Well, you just explained yourself right there, hon.  Just relay that to the ladies you talk to, I'm sure they'd be understanding.  I personally would have no problem seeing a handicapped client as long as he is a polite gentleman.

Hi Joe, I can only speak for myself but I normally require a phone call to confirm an appt.
I have, on occasion, made an exception for gents who use hearing aids. I know it is difficult for them to use the phone. An email explaining why you can't use the phone would work for me.

I don't know the particulars of your situation, but I have a cousin who is deaf and we text alot. That works for me!
