You should set your sights at least on Olive Garden.

The streets are dangerous too, but some people use them because they only have $40-50 to spend.

Better to save up and have a few rare but wonderful experiences rather than a lot of dangerous mediocre ones.

Dude - I just recently joined the hobby myself. Joining VIP is the best investment for a newbie. You get to see what you really should expect. I would completely avoid any street action. Read the newbie self help sections.
