I know that unsolicited advice isn't always welcome, and makes those who give look like self-attention seeking know-it-all jerks, and this board has had some of them before.
That said, I, and suspect that there are other vets, who see posts from newbies on other boards asking “what happened”, when a simple, basic use of TER’s resources, you don’t even have to be a VIP, would predict his experience, and caused one to search elsewhere.
So is there interest in posting a “newbie challenge?” This would be a re-post of someone else’s real-life experience. This would be an opportunity to back-check the facts he made available. Newbies can hone their skills while trying to find where the guy went wrong. A couple of days later the vets will chime in with their thoughts.
