Not a provider but if your blur your face and list an e-mail address on your web site, this should help.  If you get a separate cell phone for "business", no verifications needed for pre-paid cells, then you should be able to stay below the radar.  Of course, don't use your home for an incall location.  Difficult to explain losts of male traffic at all hours.  When you screen, you will be able to detect your next door neighbor before accepting the appointment.
