Silly question - what is a "PM" ? Personal message or email?  How do we do that within the discussion boards?  Can we (should we) make direct "PM" contact with another hobbyist (or a provider for that matter) within TER?

next to the member's TER handle, you'll see a little envelope. Click on the envelope, and you can send a PM. If there is no envelope, that means they are using an alias, and you can't PM an alias. For the moderator, you'll find the mod's name at the top of each board. Click on the name, and you can send them a PM.

at the top left of your screen whenever you log on and have mail waiting.

You can go check your mailbox anytime by clicking on the "mail" link in the tool bar at the top of the screen.  (Second one down)

So does that mean if you want to contact the admins you have to be VIP?

That's just silly.  I just wanna figure out why my reviews got rejected and what I can do to have them accepted.  (They say I'm too new?  What the heck?)
