I was recently screened by a provider who told me my "whitelist looks good"  How do you tell if you are whitelisted?  What is the process to be whitelisted?

A provider has to whitelist you - it is something a single provider can do to vouch for you.  It isn't like you're either whitelisted in a global sense or you're not.  You can have multiple whitelistings from different providers - each provider can only whitelist you once.

To see if you are whitelisted and who has done it, log in, click "account manager" then "more" then "my referrals."

You may need to be VIP to see - I am not sure.
