i am very hesitant to let a provider visit or even know my private address.  i may be crazy, but i always vision that after she checks out my residence, i get robbed by her associates. has this ever happened or i am just being paranoid?

Then rent a hotel room or go to a lady's incall.  I too wouldn't do an outcall apt. to my home.

I prefer in call. Many ladies like the control of knowing their environment. I would especially be careful if inviting a lady on an out call to your home if it's the first time you're seeing her and she doesn't have any or many reviews. You're a little paranoid, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

if you research the woman and find someone with a good reputation, who is drug free and independent, then you should be fine. I mainly do OC and have been to some extremely nice homes. I have never and would never take anything or go back uninvited. Even with single regulars, I don't cross that line.
In fact one time, I had someone tell me that he had to run to the bank and if I was there before him, just let myself in. There was no way I was going to go into a home that wasn't mine and then when he got there I chastised him for ever considering letting a provider into his home when he wasn't even there.

No, not at all. As a rule I don't do out calls to my place of residence, at least not with women that I am seeing for the first time. I would do it with a lady that I knew and trusted but my two regulars don't live anywhere near me so it's not likely to happen.

Stick with well reviewed ladies that have been around for a while. Very unlikely anything like that would happen. Why risk a very lucrative business for what little money you could rip someone off for.

Im with cherry girl on this one! I live in arizona. I am a provider, whom many of my clients trust. Sum clients have apts, sum multi milli dollar homes... and i have never ran into a problem.

If you are that worried about a provider coming to your home, as has already been mentioned, either rent a room yourself, or do incall.  Due to living circumstances, I can't do outcall anyway.  I much prefer incall anyway.  I think the girl is much more comfortable in their own place or their own room..

I have done outcall when I was on the road and already had my room.  Only a couple of times, not my preferred  choice of venue for meeting a girl, but one does what one has to do.
