From what I gather, TER receives hundreds of requests per day. Give them time. They will get to it. You can check your problem report or feedback status by clicking on Account Manager. Then click on the appropriate area on the left from there. If your report is marked "New" then they haven't gotten to it yet.
I used to have problem reports resolved in 2-3 days; now takes about a week. Reviews are taking longer also.
"Updating a profile" by a provider may be a different issue. If it is a website link or telephone number, that might be easily changed. Some other items may not be. Remember, TER profiles are guy-generated, not provider-supplied.
