Welcome Tricia!  I'm not a moderator or anything, but I think what your looking for can be found by going to the "Discussion Boards" tab, then to the "Ad Boards" sub-tab, where you'll find a list of the available states, and in some cases cities to choose from. Select the one you want and click the "New Thread" button. There will be a check box for "Provider Ad".  You should probably seek out the guidelines for ad posting to familiarize yourself with the details and such before you post.

If your city is not listed, you can post it in the "Other Cities" board.  The alternative would be to use the one that is closest to you.  Just be sure to include your city and state in the ad.  You can post ads once every 7 days only.  Previous poster gave you the link for ad posting, I suggest you read the entire self help center topics aimed at providers.  That should give you some additional help.

There are also categories for states.  So if your city isn't listed, but your stated is you'll list under state.  Multiple listings in more than one place in the same period is considered spam and removed.
