I'm hoping to get started as a hobbyist. The problem I have is, I work in a casino and thus have no direct line or extension where I can be contacted. Can P411 still verify me if they can't call me at work? Thank you.

that you do work there, they do not need to talk to you.  All they want to know is that you really do work there.  They will use an innocent request, like an appointment reminder.  Since you cannot go the phone, they may just leave some kind of simple message for you.

The company I work for has a pretty complex phone system.  Does a lot of customer service via phones.  Tracks time of calls and is also used to monitor phone conversations for quality control, and records caller # and id.  Always wondered what caller ID would show when a verification site would call.  No receptionist, only recorded message giving options to press keys for to go into a call waiting que.  HR has a direct line, and the rest of us have extensions.
