About your website...
Stacey I looked at your website. I noticed two things right away. 1. Your rates are not listed there. Guys are going to want to know. If they aren't in an ad or on your site they will have to ask. The general rule is don't ask about rates or discuss rates until together. Yes, some say they can ask how much for an hour of your time but many will be unsure and just go on to the next provider. 2. The first three fields of your contact form have an * indicating they are required information but there is nothing to tell what information should be placed there. Is it name? Is it TER handle? Is it e-mail address?
Then I noticed what looks like it might be BBCode for the TER banner or seal on your photos page instead of the seal itself. Also TER has specific guidelines about where the TER seal on your site has to be. Check the Self-Help Center for that info. These may be the reason you are getting hits and views on your website but no responses. I like the look of your site and your pictures. I would recommend putting more pictures. I have been verified by date-check and I've been a member here at TER since for about a few months. I took about two months away from the site. Now I am looking to give this my all, I even became a VIP. How do i go about getting reviews? I see I am getting hits and views on my website but no responses. Any suggestions?
Post a weekly ad on your regional board, even offering a special rate for TER members may be a good idea but do not offer anything in exchange for reviews, it is against the rules. Engage in the discussion boards, get yourself noticed in a positive and proactive note, read the self help center. I know that when you just start is a bit confusing or discouraging not to get reviews, but you will get there, build your rep as a trustworthy, genuine lady and reviews will come.

...Finally, I found in the Calendar that you're in Baltimore. I don't want to have to work that hard to find out where you are.
Also, your website is too 'canned' and not personal enough. You need to have an introduction telling the readers something about yourself.
When you have no reviews?
I looked at your site, very bland and unexciting. No location, rates page, nothing about you. These things need to be included on your site. Also, it seems unnecessary to have an Erotic Review page when you have no reviews. As it is now, it's just too impersonal.
You need to get active on your local board so potential clients can get a feel for your personality. Post the weekly ad on your regional ad board too. Just remember, as previously mentioned, don't offer discounts for reviews in your ad. You can offer a special rate, just don't connect it to reviews. Offering discounts for reviews is likely to get you booted off this site.

Half an ass shot and just a few rack shots. It makes it look like you are selling a pair of tits and nothing more and that you have nothing else going for you. Do you only want to appeal to a smaller sector of hobbyists who only book because of tits?
If you are getting hits, then you lack appeal.
Stacey, while I agree that you need to improve your site a bit, some of the responses are rather harsh. Come on guys, she is starting out, let's help her and not rip her apart.
Certainly biggest issue, you don't have rates posted, many who are interested will not bother to contact you.
The City information would help as well. Not as big of a deal, once you get established on TER your reviews will show up on a local "new review" post, but yes, let us know where you are located and if you are willing to travel and how far.
I liked what I saw in your photos, but need to see more. LOTS of guys feel that providers are being deceptive with their photos. Show some full length pictures. Are the photos that show on the left side of each page you, or a generic picture?
Menu is also an issue, some providers are pretty open about posting what's offered and some are not. You need to get a review posted on TER so you can get a profile. Then we can see what's on the menu.
Hopefully, your first reviewer will give the complete, correct information. If not, notify TER and make sure your information is correct.
If you were in my city, I would certainly be interested, but would need more information before contacting you.

...info you gave her but why so harsh? That info spoken in that manner on any other board wouldn't really be an issue. On the newbie board it's inappropriate and unnecessary.
I give honest answers and while you may fake a fawn over her pics, I prefer a more direct approach. It may surprise you that my delivery usually provokes thought.

Yes, you should give information about where you work... vague enough to be safe but your first page should give your area & others you might tour.
Your pictures are inadequate. This is your big chance to attract clients... MY criterion is taken in total, I want to feel I know before I arrive at your door... what you look like naked.
