Mrfisher mentioned two, and I would think those are the two most likely scenarios. Other possibilities: 1) The reviewer made a mistake (like maybe reviewed the wrong lady with a similar name?) 2) The reviewer needed to edit the review and asked TER to put it bsck in edit mode in which case it will eventually pop back up. 3) Too much personal info was given in the review. 4) Another member (neither the provider nor the reviewer in question) reported the review as fake or having some major discrepencies, or somehow violated TER's rules.
There are other reasons thatvthecreview could have been deleted, but between mrfisher's post and mine, you already have 6 scenarios. By the way, when we say "delisted" on TER, we are usually talking about a provider being delisted. This means her entire profile is taken down, and she can no longer post ads or comments on TER, and we are not able to discuss her by name. I believe what you meant to say is the review was "deleted."
I was looking at the reviews of a provider that I have been interested in and noticed that a fairly new review that wasn't good was taken off a little while later. Any ideas on why that is? Made up? Felt bad?Lied?Threatened? Not that I'm paranoid but you never know.
It may be the case for some banned hobbyists, but definitely not all, so don't make blanket statements. There are many members who have been banned whose reviews remain.
